The Lenox Hotel, in Boston, is a 2-and-one-half star luxury hotel that caters to business travelers, has historical color, and features great views. The hotel caters to a hip crowd, can, on request, provide baby sitting, was recently renovated, is situated in the "back bay/beacon hill" area, and provides free parking, an airport shuttle, and internet access. Sleep connoisseurs described the bed as "comfortable". Guests found the service "helpful" and "excellent". The hotel is recommended by Gayot.com (it's on their Top 10 list for Boutique Hotels) and seasoned travelers, who rate it 4-and-one-half stars.
